CHICAGO-Rock Creek Development has started the construction ofits third ranch house named the Brunswick in Henning Estates.
The new ranch will measure 2,023 square feet and consists of acomplete basement, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The startingprice for the farmhouse, which occupies one-third of an acre, is$389,400.
