CHICAGO-Investors are much worried about the feeble economy asmortgage rates decreased to the lowest level for the 10th time in11 consecutive weeks.

The average value for 30-year fixed loans declined 4.32% fromlast week's 4.36%, the lowest rate since Freddie Mac, the mortgagebuyer, started tracking rates in 1971. The mortgage buyer alsoreported that the average rate for 15-year fixed rate loans fell3.83% from previous week's 3.86%, the lowest mortgage rate since1991.
