DENVER-On Wednesday, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children atPresbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center is formally opening its $128million expansion in Denver. According to a media report, thefacility, which measures 160,000 square feet, has 53 beds withpediatric emergency department staff providing full services for 24hours.
The new extension, which is situated at 19th and High streets,also includes six pediatric specialty operating rooms and apediatric diagnostic imaging room. A portion of the four-storyhospital started functioning last week. For the full story,go to Denver Post.
