NEW YORK CITY-International long-distance telecomm serviceprovider IDB Communications has renewed its lease for 90 JohnStreet for an area of 35,000 square feet in downtown Manhattan.

According to the company, the decision to continue to the leasewas spurred by the popularity of the building as a convenient andaccessible location for communication and high-technologycompanies.
