MIAMI BEACH, FL-BH III LLC, areal estate developer, has completed the construction of asix-story, 116-unit high-end condo project at Terra Beachside 6000Collins. The condo, located in the center of Miami Beach, featuresone-to three-bedroom units measuring between 1,095 square feet and3,495 square feet with prices ranging from $200,000 to over$600,000.
