CORDOVA, TN- Southstar Holdings, a Charlotte, N.C.-based investment group, and RC Memphis LLC has bought The Shops at Rock Creek, a shopping center that measures 61,300 square feet. The center is located at 2362-2382 N. Germantown Parkway and the value of the deal was $4.4 million.
The shopping center, which was foreclosed in 2009, was developed in 2006 by Ryan Commercial Properties LLC. The transaction was handled by Colliers International's Joe Montgomery, Andrew Phillips and Tony D'Ambrosio. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
