DALLAS-Lincoln Property Co., a Dallas-based realty firm, has bought Rackhouse Group, a real estate company concentrating on data center projects, also based in Dallas. The new venture will be named Lincoln Rackhouse and will offer services including real estate capital management and procurement services, construction and development services for corporate users, data center operators and owners.
