NEW YORK CITY-One of largest office-building landlords in NewYork, SL Green Realty Corp., is planning to sell a MidtownManhattan tower at 19 West 44th St. for $123.2 million to DekaImmobilien Investment GmbH, a German investment fund.

The 18-story building, which measures 292,000 square feet, waspurchased by SL Green for an amount of $67 million in 2004. CBRichard Ellis' vice chairman, Darcy Stacom represented SL Green inthe transaction.For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
