JUNO BEACH, FL-Toll Brothers Inc., a high-end home developer,has started construction on the 77-acre Tony waterfront project onIntracoastal Waterway in Florida. The firm purchased the sitelocated close to Juno Beach, Florida, from WCI Communities Inc. for$20 million in March 2010.
