DALLAS-Walton Street Capital and Levin Realty Advisors, aChicago real estate investment partnership, has purchased the440-unit Mosaic building located at Akard and Bryan streets inDallas from Prudential Insurance Co. Prudential bought thebuilding, said to be the largest loft apartment in downtown Dallas,through foreclosure in spring 2010 and offered financing of up to$36.5 million to the buyers.
