DALLAS-Walton Street Capital and Levin Realty Advisors, a Chicago real estate investment partnership, has purchased the 440-unit Mosaic building located at Akard and Bryan streets in Dallas from Prudential Insurance Co. Prudential bought the building, said to be the largest loft apartment in downtown Dallas, through foreclosure in spring 2010 and offered financing of up to $36.5 million to the buyers.
