PHILADELPHIA-Locally based developer Campus Apartments isbuilding a 413-room residence hall for St. Joseph's University herethat management expects to have completed for the fall 2012semester. The facility, which will be for freshmen, is slated tobreak ground next year.
The building will be on the campus of the Jesuit institution,which is in the northwest part of the city and has 4,600undergraduate students. PZS Architects, McCue Consulting and HuntEngineering are also working on the project.
Campus Apartments operates about 26,000 beds across the countryserving 70 educational institutions. The firm has more than $1billion of assets under management.
