LAS VEGAS-Life Time Fitness, a Minnesota-based health club operator, has restarted the construction of its three-story, 140,000 square-foot building at 10721 W. Charleston Blvd. in Summerlin, with a plan to open it during the last half of next year.
The construction initiated in October 2008 was stopped on April 2009 due to a revision in the firm's development schedule as a result of the economic downturn. The facilities are estimated to be valued at between $20 million and $39 million. For the full story, go to Las Vegas Sun.
