INLAND EMPIRE, CA-Aliso Viejo-based CT Realty Investors has purchased its second industrial Building in the Inland Empire from Irvine-based Bixby Land Co. for $9.5 million.
A unit of Behringer Harvard, a Dallas-based investor, and CT Realty jointly purchased Archibald Business Center, a 231,444-square-foot industrial building situated near LA/Ontario International Airport in Ontario.
