MISSION VIEJO, CA-California housing arm of Miami-based Lennar Corp. has bought 7.4 acres of land in Mission Viejo from Target Corp., who purchased the land in 2005.

Lennar is planning to build nearly 144 condominiums and townhomes, including 22 homes for low-income purchasers, at the new site. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s Ray Eldridge, Michelle Jefcoat, Wood Belcher and Suzanne Wash-burn were involved in marketing the site.
