MISSION VIEJO, CA-Mission Viejo-based Makena Properties, a commercial real estate development firm, has promoted Brad Kelly as its new president. Kelly has been working with Makena for almost 20 years. Prior to becoming the president, he was holding the post of chief financial officer.
