GLENDALE, CA-Bay Alarm, a Northern California-based burglar alarm company, has bought a 9,700-square-foot industrial property in Glendale at 1728 Standard Ave. from Jack D and Myra S Taylor, Trustees for $1.73 million to relocate its Van Nuys facility. The new location is more suitable for the firm's greater Los Angeles activities.
