LOS ANGELES-Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has inked a lease for 10 years for an office building located at 825 N. San Vicente Blvd. from Hilldale Investment Group LLC for under $11 million.
The three-story office building, which measures 26,303 square feet, was constructed in 1984 and situated close to the hospital campus. In the transaction, Bonbright of Ramsey-Shilling represented the landowner while Nico Vilgiate and Todd Doney of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the tenant.
