NEW YORK CITY-On Wednesday, the City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Gary Barnett's planned Riverside Center project, situated on the Upper West Side.
The $4.2-billion project, which includes three acres of public space, 2,500 apartments and a new school, has received disapproval from the Manhattan Borough President's office and the local community board.
