HOLLYWOOD-David Myers, a Michelin-starred chef, is set to open a new restaurant in Hollywood. The David Myers Group LLC has bought the ground floor of the Lofts, the 6253 Hollywood Blvd. tower, at Hollywood and Vine from Paladin Realty Partners LLC for $7.21 million.
The ground floor includes the Dillon's Irish Pub bar while the remaining vacant space, which measures 4,784 square feet, will house the new restaurant. Cushman & Wakefield and Ramsey-Shilling represented the seller and buyer, respectively. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
