NEW YORK CITY-The media giant, Edelman has inked a 14-year lease to occupy an additional 27,000 square feet of space in the Soho building at 250 Hudson St., bringing the total occupied space to 168,000 square feet.
The asking rent was about $43 per square foot. In the transaction, the landlord Jack Resnick & Sons was represented by an internal team, while the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
