NEW YORK CITY- Fashion Accessory Bazaar (FAB) has leased 11, 695 square feet of space at 550 Seventh Ave. close to 40th Street to house its new Art Deco home for two independent luxury handbag designers Isabella Fiore and Carlos Falchi of its fledgling Artisan House division. The asking rent was $42 per square foot.
