LOS ANGELES-An unnamed family trust has purchased Gallatin Plazaproject, a shopping center that measures 64,265 square feet,located at 9200 Lakewood Blvd. in Downey from an entity of a SanJuan Capistrano-based real estate investor, Gallatin Plaza LP, for$11 million.


The purchase deal was concluded on August 20 and the project iscurrently 20% vacant. Pacific Commercial Investments's Jon Felznickrepresented the seller and Stevenson Real Estate Services' DaveMaron represented the buyer in the transaction. For thefull story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
