CHICAGO-Loyola University Chicago has opened Loyola Flats, a student-run inn consisting of 10 units, at 1216 W. Arthur St. in Rogers Park situated on lakefront campus of the school.
Room rates in the four-story building range from $125 to $220 per night for a single-bedroom unit and rates for month-long and week-long stays are much lower.
