ORLANDO-Foster Conant & Associates, a landscapearchitectural firm, has started the preliminary design phase ofthree multi-family projects in Central Florida being constructed byAtlantic Housing Partners LLLP.
The projects include a 130-unit apartment complex, theFountains, at San Remo Court spanning 8.3 acres, phase 1 of the153-unit Howell Branch Cove comprising 56 townhomes inunincorporated Seminole County and phase 1 of the rental apartmentcomplex, Town Parke on 10.3 acres in the Winter Springs Town Centerdistrict.
