SAN FERNANDO, CA-An increase in investor activity has prompted two shopping centers in Valencia and Moorpark to be put up for sale, a positive sign for the retail realty market.
The price for the 74,415 square-foot Tesoro Village in Valencia is $31.5 million, while the price for the 336,055 square-foot Moorpark Marketplace is $43 million. Hanley Investment Group, a realty brokerage firm in Irvine, is handling the sale of the centers. However, the sellers have not yet selected buyers.
