MEMPHIS-Riverdale Bend Investors LLC has bought the Market, ashopping center that measures 157,195 square feet, at RiverdaleBend from Capmark Finance Inc. out of foreclosure for a totalamount of $1.75 million, which is 88% less compared to the $14.5million paid for the property in 2006.

The shopping center, which was developed in 1998, sits on 18.1acres of land at Riverdale and Winchester. Joe Montgomery, TonyD'Ambrosio and Andrew Phillips of Colliers Internationalrepresented the seller. For the full story, go toMemphis Business Journal.
