CHICAGO-TigerDirect has leased a 33,400-square-foot building, aformer Circuit City store that has been vacant for two years,located at N. Milwaukee Ave. in north suburban Vernon Hills.

Oxford Development Partners LLC and Shorewood Development GroupLLC joint venture had bought the building from Forefront PropertiesLLC for $3.45 million.
