CHICAGO-TigerDirect has leased a 33,400-square-foot building, aformer Circuit City store that has been vacant for two years,located at N. Milwaukee Ave. in north suburban Vernon Hills.

Oxford Development Partners LLC and Shorewood Development GroupLLC joint venture had bought the building from Forefront PropertiesLLC for $3.45 million. Now the joint venture has signed a long-termlease agreement with TigerDirect for the property. TigerDirect isplanning to open the new store by Christmas.
