ORLANDO-Wells Real Estate Funds has acquired the 10-story, 128,296-square-foot, class A office building, the SunTrust Building, located within the SunTrust Center Complex in the center of Central Business District of Orlando from KanAm Grund America.

ORLANDO-Wells Real Estate Funds has acquired the 10-story, 128,296-square-foot, class A office building, the SunTrust Building, located within the SunTrust Center Complex in the center of Central Business District of Orlando from KanAm Grund America.

The tenant SunTrust Bank occupies the whole building. Rick Brugge and Mike Davis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Erected originally in 1959, the building underwent complete renovation in 1988. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
