DURHAM, NC-Hines, a Texas-based real estate company, has finally inked a deal to acquire the 12-story Hock Plaza I office tower in Durham for $98.05 million from Brickman Associates of New York, a realty private-equity company, on September 9.

Hines Global REIT Inc., a subsidiary of Hines, had originally announced the deal on April 2, 2010. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented Brickman Associates in the transaction. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal.
