NEW YORK CITY-Meru Capital Partners, a hedge fund operator, has signed a three-year lease for the 17th floor of the Tony Plaza District building at 527 Madison Ave.

The asking rent was $85 per square foot with the 17th floor measuring 8,100 square feet. The firm had been subleasing the space for less than a year.
