MEMPHIS-A Dunkin Donuts franchisee group, Sahjanand Corp., headed by Nilesh Patel and Maunish Shah is occupying 3,500 square feet of space, previously tenanted by Wolf Camera, at 1540 Union.
Sahjanand is planning to open its new store on Union Avenue by Christmas. The retail property, which measures 5,880 square feet, was built in 1963.
