DALLAS-On Thursday, developer Hillwood will begin the next stage of its Heartland residential community, a 2,000-acre project, situated in the southeast of Dallas in Kaufman County.

The Interstate 20 project, which has nearly 3,500 residents, was begun in 2008. The next phase of this residential project will comprise 111 home lots on 20 acres of land.
