ORLANDO-Liberty Property Trust has acquired a warehouse distribution center measuring 713,585 square feet from Pacific Life for $23.6 million. The facility is situated in the South Orlando industrial submarket at 8201 Chancellor Drive and is 100% occupied by a high-credit tenant.
