ORLANDO-Liberty Property Trust has acquired a warehousedistribution center measuring 713,585 square feet from Pacific Lifefor $23.6 million. The facility is situated in the South Orlandoindustrial submarket at 8201 Chancellor Drive and is 100% occupiedby a high-credit tenant.
