BOCA RATON, FL-Madison Marquette has taken over the managing and leasing roles of two Florida retail centers, which include Channelside Bay Plaza in Tampa and Church Street Station in Orlando. The 290,000 square-foot retail center, Church Street Station is located close to Orlando Magic's new stadium, Amway Center.
Channelside Bay Plaza is a 230,000 square-foot waterfront upscale specialty retail center, which is currently under receivership. At present, Madison Marquette manages over 2.7 million square feet of retail space in Florida. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
