NEW YORK CITY-Marvel Entertainment is relocating from its current location at 417 Fifth Avenue to a new location at 135 W. 50th Street. Marvel Entertainment has signed a nine-year sublease agreement with Alliance Bernstein for 60,000 square feet of space.
The asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Rob Silver and the sublessor was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Christopher Mansfield and Bob Alexander. For the full story, go to New York Post.
