BLOOMINGTON, MN-Ohio Farmers Insurance Co. has inked a lease with United Properties for 18,200 square feet of space at the Normandale Place office tower in Bloomington.
Ohio Farmers Insurance occupied the space located at 8201 Norman Center Drive on September 1, 2010. In the transaction, Jason Butterfield of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while property owner United Properties was represented by its sister concern NorthMarq.
