NEW YORK CITY-Olde Good Things, an architectural salvage firm, is moving to a new location in the Upper West Side. The firm has inked a sublease agreement for four years with Sotheby's International, the leaseholder, for 2,866 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 1,500 square feet of space at the basement.

The asking rent was $150 per square foot. In the transaction, Corcoran's Nick Poshkus represented the leaseholder and an independent broker represented the tenant. For the full story, go to NY Post.
