DENVER-ProLogis, a REIT has closed leases for industrial space spanning 247,000 square feet, which includes the relocation of Kwik Tek Headquarters. With these deals, the firm's Denver portfolio is 99% occupied.

The deals include Kwik Tek's 109,000 square-foot lease in Peoria Distribution Center at Interstates 70 & 225, Broder Bros Co.'s 63,000 square-foot lease in Stableton Business Center at I-70 and Havana Street and an unnamed third-party logistics provider's 75,000 square-foot lease in Pagosa Distribution Center.
