The deals include Kwik Tek's 109,000 square-foot lease in PeoriaDistribution Center at Interstates 70 & 225, Broder Bros Co.'s63,000 square-foot lease in Stableton Business Center at I-70 andHavana Street and an unnamed third-party logistics provider's75,000 square-foot lease in Pagosa Distribution Center.
