WEST DUNDEE, IL-TA Associates Realty LLC, a Boston-based pension-fund adviser, has acquired the Amli at Canterfield, a 352-unit apartment complex situated in West Dundee, from a Chicago-based apartment investor, Amli Residential Partners LLC, for nearly $59 million.
TA Associates Realty paid $166,200 per unit for the apartment complex located at 50 Canterfield Parkway. People familiar with the deal said that the West Dundee sale corresponded to a cap rate of 5.5% to 5.75%. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
