MANSFIELD, CT-Education Realty Trust Inc., a Memphis-based REIT,is collaborating with LeylandAlliance LLC to develop the first twophases of a $220-million development named Storrs Center locatedclose to Mansfield, CT. The mixed-use project comprisesresidential, office, retail and restaurant segments and complieswith sustainable development standards.
