OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL-Graycor Inc., a commercial andheavy-industrial construction company, is relocating itsheadquarters from south suburban Homewood to Oakbrook Terrace. Thefirm has inked a 12-year lease deal with KBS Realty Advisors for36,000 square feet of space at a two-building office complex,Mid-America Plaza, located in the western suburban at State Route83 and 22nd Street.
