SINGAPORE-According to media sources, the proposed initial public offering of Mapletree Industrial Trust is anticipated to raise around $598 million (S$800 million). The trust owns and operates factories in Singapore.
Mapletree Investment, a real estate investment company owned by Investor Temasek, plans to sell from 62.7% to 69% of the property trust, and propose a distribution yield close to 8% to the investors.
