DATE: September 16, 2010

LOCATION: Clifford Chance, New York

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:

Come hear Juval Aviv as a guest speaker of ULI New York, as he leads a fascinating discussion of corporate fraud, the need for increased due diligence and asset identification and stories of recovery.  Aviv will use anecdotes of high-profile fraud cases that Interfor has investigated, such as Enron and Madoff, to illustrate the pattern of warning signs that are often overlooked in the rush for profits and the steps needed to avoid unnecessary risks.  He will share lessons learned from assisting banking, corporate, and government clients in the recovery of over $15 billion of concealed or undisclosed assets hidden in international "safe havens" and domestic accounts.

Juval Aviv is President and CEO of Interfor, Inc. a leading international investigation firm providing domestic and foreign intelligence services. He has served as a special consultant to the CIA, FBI and US Attorney on issues of terrorism and security.  He was leader of an elite Israeli secret intelligence unit that carried out various missions, and led the team featured in the Steven Spielberg major motion picture: "Munich."
