AZUSA, CA-Christopher Development Group, a Newport Beach-basedfirm, has partnered with Costa Mesa-based Brookfield HomesSouthland Group Inc. to complete the housing development project inAzusa.
The planned 517-acre community project with 1,250 homes wasstarted in 2006 and due to the housing downtrend only a tenth ofthe homes were constructed and sold. The project, which is calledRosedale, is situated in Los Angeles County and the project's newdevelopment group is known as Rosedale Land Partners.
