NATICK, MA-The Chrysler Apartments Complex, a 407-unit affordable housing development in Natick, which was unsuccessfully sued by Framingham officials, is all set to break ground in November 2010. Joshua Katzen is the developer of the project.
The complex will embrace two high-rise towers off Speen Street close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 30 and comply with Chapter 40B affordable housing law of the state. Tocci Building Corp has been given the construction contract of the complex. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
