ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-Emerson International has leased a class A office space measuring 20,000 square feet for five years from North American Risk Services, a Maitland-based firm.
The leased office space is located at CenterPointe I in Altamonte Springs. Emerson International's commercial portfolio manager, Kenneth Koch, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landowner while CB Richard Ellis' Chris Sproles represented the tenant in the transaction.
