ANAHEIM, CA-The new owner of the 336-unit housing projectsituated in Platinum Triangle believes that the stalled projectcould take nearly four years to complete.

Macquarie Platinum Katella Inc., a unit of Macquarie Group Ltd.,took over the condominium project located at 1331 E. Katella Ave.Anaheim's planning commission granted a five-year extension to thedeveloper in order to complete the project.
