SAN DIEGO-Host Hotels & Resorts LP, a Maryland-based firm, has plans to invest over $180 million on design and construction renovation of its San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, a 1,362-room, 25-story tower at 333 W. Harbor Drive.
The proposal also comprises a $97 million upgrade of the Marriott Hall, which include an exhibit area and ballroom covering 80,000 square feet.
